Luz, from Tijuana, Baja California, MX, has several years of experience, playing with great international DJs at almost all the main events in Baja California.

She is influenced by old school funk music, and began playing housefunk, deep house, cumbia huapachosa, electronic funk and soul with vinyl turntables.

Luz began mixing profesionally in 2005 in local events, she learned and shared music with other experienced DJs of the same genres, as Tijuanahouseclub, eLmodular, Mellow Crew, 300 Techno A.. Josh Wink, Doc Martin, Mark E Quark, Jay West, Brett Johnson, Bryan Jones, Dj Heather, Metrika, Itzone, etc.

In 2008 she varies his mixing taste between house and techno, ambient and dub, and in 2009 she started in musical production releasing some tracks with Minimal Animal Play Label.

In 2011 she became part of Sounds of Earth´s Roster, one of the most well known labels of the country.
